A consortium of investors led by Spark Capital, a venture capital firm, with participation from Tectonic Ventures and Boston Seed, completed the $124m investment in Perch, a technology-driven commerce company that acquires and operates top Amazon Marketplace businesses. "There are millions of entrepreneurs and small businesses selling great products on Amazon's marketplace. At the same time, more people are shopping online and looking to do their buying from the safety and security of their home.
