Audax-backed FDH completed the acquisition of Societe AHE.

Audax-backed FDH, a distributor of c-class hardware and replacement parts to commercial and defense aircraft manufacturers, completed the acquisition of Societe AHE, a Québec-based aerospace and defense hardware company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "AHE’s partnership with FDH represents the next step in our growth journey.
