Eurofins Scientific, an international group of laboratories, completed the acquisition of Envira Ingenieros Asesores, a provider of environmental consultancy services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The team consists of 75 highly specialised technicians who enabled Envira Ingenieros Asesores to be a reference in the environmental testing sector. The service offering consists of environmental laboratory testing, accredited sample taking in the environmental area, environmental advice and online consultancy on environmental legislation.
