Flacks Group completed the acquisition of Zippel from Sugino Machine.

Flacks Group, the Florida-based industrial holding company, completed the acquisition of Zippel, the Germany-based cleaning machines maker, from Sugino Machine, the Japan-based machinery manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We welcome Zippel to our Group and look forward to supporting Zippel with the aim of future global growth," Michael Flacks, Flacks Group Chairman.
