CIBanco completed the acquisition of Mexican trust business of Deutsche Bank.

CIBanco, a Mexican bank, completed the acquisition of Mexican trust business of Deutsche Bank, a German multinational investment bank and financial services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. CIBanco director Ricardo Rangel said that purchase negotiations began in the final quarter of 2019, in what he called a “good deal for both banks”.
