Bowmark Capital, a private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Totalmobile, a field service management software provider, from Horizon Capital, a private equity investor specialising in technology and business services, for $51m. “We have followed Totalmobile’s progress for a number of years and been highly impressed by the evolution of its business model, its innovation and leadership, and its strong record of recurring revenue growth.
