WebMD Health to acquire coliquio.

WebMD Health, a provider of health information services for physicians, other healthcare professionals and consumers, agreed to acquire coliquio, a German-based information and education platform for healthcare professionals. Financial terms were not disclosed. "coliquio is an excellent addition to our global presence.
