PetLove to acquire DogHero.

PetLove, a Brazilian pet products online retailer, agreed to acquire DogHero, a Brazilian company, which provides pet services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are taking another step in our mission to become the largest platform for products and services for pets and their families through technology. In addition to solutions for veterinary clinics and hospitals, we will also expand the benefits for all links in the pet market chain with DogHero’s expertise in the sector. We are very happy in this approach with DogHero, a brand already consolidated as a leader in the Brazilian market and which has more than 25k heroes who work on the platform," Marcio Waldman, Petlove CEO.
