Assurant, a global provider of lifestyle and housing solutions, completed the acquisition of HYLA Mobile, a provider of smartphone software, from venture capital firms Silver Lake Partners, Kleiner Perkins, RRE Ventures, SJF Ventures, NGEN Partners and OPENAIR Equity Partners for $327m.
