Frazier Healthcare Partners completed the acquisition of Accuity Delivery Systems.

Frazier Healthcare Partners, a Seattle-based healthcare investment firm, joined by 22C Capital and WindRose Health Investors, completed the acquisition of Accuity Delivery Systems, a provider of technology-enabled Revenue Integrity and Clinical Documentation Improvement services for hospitals and health systems.
