UBS Asset Management completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Tillman Infrastructure.

UBS Asset Management, an asset managers in real assets, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Tillman Infrastructure, a rapidly growing cellular tower and telecom infrastructure company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Over the last few years, Tillman Infrastructure has built an impressive US cell tower platform. We consider this an opportune time to secure exposure to a sector that has proven its resilience.
