Orienta Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in LMA.

Orienta Partners, an Italian private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in LMA, a company focused on development, engineering and manufacturing of highly critical machined structural parts and complex systems, installed on wings of aircrafts and helicopters for defense, space and civil end. Financial terms were not disclosed.
