Castik to acquire a majority stake in Customs Support Group from Mentha Capital.

Castik Capital, a European private equity firm, acquiring significant ownership positions in European private and public companies to acquire a majority stake in Customs Support Group, an independent customs services provider in Europe from Mentha Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Castik aims to support CSG and its leadership team in continued organic and acquisitive growth as well as the ongoing digitisation of the industry in order to continuously create value for all stakeholders.
