WELL Health to acquire DoctorCare for $18m.

WELL Health, an omni-channel digital health company, agreed to acquire DoctorCare, a provider of billing and optimization services, for $18m. "We are thrilled to be joining the WELL family and leading WELL's "Billing and Backoffice" business unit.
