Dr. August Oetker to acquire Flaschenpost for €1bn.

Dr. August Oetker, a German multinational company that produces baking powder, cake mixes, frozen pizza, pudding, cake decoration, cornflakes, and various other products, agreed to acquire Flaschenpost, a German drinks delivery startup, for €1bn. With the planned acquisition of flaschenpost, the Dr. August Oetker is expanding the range of its online beverage delivery service Durstexpress, which belongs to the Radeberger Group. While Durstexpress developed its activities primarily from Berlin and the eastern provinces, flaschenpost did so from North Rhine-Westphalia.
