Refinitiv, a global provider of financial market data and infrastructure, completed the acquisition of GIACT, a payment solutions provider, from private equity firm Tritium Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The nature of financial crime, including fraud tactics is rapidly evolving and becoming more sophisticated.
