Parity.com Group completed the acquisition of MAPS.ME from Mail.ru Group for $20m.

Parity.com Group, an AIM-listed services company providing professional recruitment and leading-edge IT solutions, completed the acquisition of MAPS.ME, a mobile maps and navigation service, from Mail.ru Group, one of the largest Internet companies in the Russian-speaking Internet market, for $20m. Disposal is part of Mail.ru Group's strategy to focus on development of core assets where international travel is perceived as non-core.
