Heraeus Medical Components completed the acquisition of Pulse Systems from United American Healthcare.

Heraeus Medical Components, a global medical device outsourcing provider, completed the acquisition of Pulse Systems, a healthcare software company, from United American Healthcare, a medical device company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Peter Reimer, President of Heraeus Medical Components, noted that a key reason for the acquisition is the increasing importance of vascular access and delivery systems to enable new therapies.
