Lagercrantz, a company that sells products and solutions in the fields of electronics and communications, completed the acquisition of Sajas Group, a supplier of brushes for road sweeping, airfield and railway cleaning, oil recovery and for various industrial applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Sajas Group will add interesting products that further strengthen our niche brush business within Lagercrantz. Together with the skilled personnel of Sajas Group, we intend to continue the innovative development of the Sajas Group which has been a trademark historically," Jörgen Wigh, Lagercrantz President and CEO.
