Inovar Packaging Group completed the acquisition of Tabco.

Inovar Packaging Group, a provider of printing and packaging solutions, completed the acquisition of Tabco, a manufacturer of custom printed labels, tags, and other specialty identification and packaging products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are extremely excited to have Tabco join the Inovar family.
