Heineken to acquire Texel Brewery.

Heineken, a Dutch brewing company, agreed to acquire Texel Brewery, a craft brewery. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Together with Heineken, we are going to push the boundaries of our success. Heineken is the ideal strategic partner for us in order to be able to meet this rapidly growing consumer demand in the future and to further professionalise the Texel beer brewery,” Cor Honkoop, Texel General Manager.
