Southland Industries completed the acquisition of Burns Mechanical.

Southland Industries, a provider of MEP building systems solutions, completed the acquisition of Burns Mechanical, a mechanical contractor based in the greater Philadelphia region. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Philadelphia fits within our Mid-Atlantic Division’s current footprint and is nearly adjacent to the Washington DC/Baltimore market. Being this close to each other will allow for close collaboration and will allow Burns to leverage Southland’s capabilities,” Ted Lynch, Ph.D., Southland Industries CEO.
