AddSecure-backed Connexas completed the acquisition of RTL Telematics.

AddSecure-backed Connexas, a smart transport company, completed the acquisition of RTL Telematics, a custom telematics specialist for the commercial vehicle marketplace. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of RTL is an opportunity to accelerate AddSecure’s strategic roadmap.
