The Carlyle Group and Vista Equity Partners to acquire Tribute Technology from PSG for $1bn.

The Carlyle Group and Vista Equity Partners agreed to acquire Tribute Technology, a technology-based funeral arrangement service provider, from Providence Equity Partners for $1bn. Carlyle will become the majority stakeholder and Vista will hold a minority stake in Tribute under the deal that values the company at over $1bn.
