DNV GL completed the acquisition of 2% of shares in Valoritalia from Federdoc.

DNV GL, an international accredited registrar and classification society, completed the acquisition of 2% of shares in Valoritalia, an active player in the certification of Denomination of Origin wines, from Federdoc, The Voluntary Consortia National Confederation for the Protection of Italian Wines Designations. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This partnership is a unique opportunity for DNV GL to work with the reference player in the Italian wine sector.
