Triton Partners-backed ACRE completed the acquisition of Razberi Technologies.

Triton Partners-backed ACRE, a security systems company, completed the acquisition of Razberi Technologies, a provider of video surveillance and IoT systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to join the ACRE organization with its strong global reach that will open new opportunities for the Razberi product range," Tom Galvin, Razberi Founder and Chief Product Officer.
