Composites One completed the acquisition of Process Materials business from Solvay.

Composites One, a supplier of composites materials, completed the acquisition of Process Materials business from Solvay, a diversified chemical company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We believe that the Process Materials business will greatly benefit from being part of Composites One.
