ProPhase Labs, a manufacturer of zinc gluconate glycine lozenges and homeopathic gum, completed the acquisition of a New Jersey laboratory from Confucius Plaza Medical Laboratory, a medical laboratory. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We spent six months evaluating the medical test lab business and searching for the right acquisition candidates to lead our entry into this industry.
