Tetra Pak to acquire device development and manufacturing operations of eBeam from Comet.

Tetra Pak, a Swedish–Swiss multinational food packaging and processing company, agreed to acquire device development and manufacturing operations of eBeam from Comet, a globally leading Swiss technology firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased that we have found a good new ‘home’ for the ebeam lamps business.
