FloWorks and Clearlake Capital-backed Sunbelt Supply completed the acquisition of Oliver Equipment Company.

FloWorks and Clearlake Capital-backed Sunbelt Supply, a specialty supplier of industrial flow control products, completed the acquisition of Oliver Equipment Company, a provider of specialty rotating equipment, onsite services and custom packaged systems for industrial applications. Financial terms were not disclosed.
