Zix completed the acquisition of CloudAll for $31m.

Zix, a provider of cloud email security, productivity and compliance solutions, completed the acquisition of CloudAlly, a provider of cloud-based data backup and recovery for business, for $31m. "A comprehensive data protection plan is more important than ever as companies around the world are focusing on cybersecurity for their remote workforce.
