Ara Partners-backed Priority Power completed the acquisition of Texas Power Consultants.

Ara Partners-backed Priority Power, an independent energy management services and consulting firm, completed the acquisition of Texas Power Consultants, a company offering energy advisory and consulting services to electric retail customers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I have known and respected Jack and Victor, the Founders/Principals of TPC, for over 20 years going back to when we worked together at TXU, Oncor and its regulated predecessor companies before deregulation.
