Atrys, a biomedical company focused on developing new tools for diagnosis and personalized treatment of cancer and precancerous diseases, agreed to acquire Lenitudes, a medical center & research company, for €16.6m. With this acquisition, Atrys begins its European expansion with the entry into Portugal, which will be its second market in the continent.
