Easton Energy Pipelines to acquire South Texas Petrochemical Pipeline System of ExxonMobil.

Synopsis

Easton Energy Pipelines, a Houston based pipeline company, agreed to acquire South Texas Petrochemical Pipeline System, a petrochemical pipeline system located in Texas, from ExxonMobil, an American multinational oil and gas corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We’re thankful for the opportunity to work with ExxonMobil on this transaction. I’m pleased with this addition to our pipeline portfolio which further allows Easton to provide safe and efficient transport of liquid hydrocarbons," Joel McComas, Easton President and CEO.
