Acomo completed the acquisition of Tradin Organic from Sunopta for $390m.

Acomo, a company that trades and distributes agricultural products, completed the acquisition of Tradin Organic, a company that produces and supplies organic food ingredients, from Sunopta, a global company focused on plant-based foods and beverages, fruit-based foods and beverages, for $390m. The acquisition of Tradin strengthens Acomo’s global sourcing and differentiation and contributes to improved risk management.
