Apollo Hospitals Enterprises, a healthcare provider, agreed to acquire a 50% stake in its joint venture with Gleneagles Development for $55.6m. Persuant to the transaction the JV company - Apollo Gleneagles Hospitals will become the wholly owned subsidiary of AHEL.
