Kry International completed the acquisition of MJog.

Kry, a video consultation provider, completed its acquisition of MJog, an automated SMS, email and voice patient messaging service. Financial terms were not disclosed. "PEM Corporate Finance were able to reach a large and varied number of serious potential buyers for the business.
