Champlain Financial, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Bad Monkey, a marketer and manufacturer of ready-to-eat popcorn and other confectionery items in Canada. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This exciting new partnership will allow Bad Monkey to reach amazing new levels in a very short period of time.
