IK Investment Partners, a private equity advisory group with operating across Northern Europe, agreed to acquire a majority stake in GeoDynamics, a SaaS provider specialising in location-based software solutions for mobile workforces, from Sofindev, an independent private equity firm investing in small and medium sized enterprises. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have been proud to support GeoDynamics since 2016 in a partnership with Peter and Stijn.
