Charterhouse Capital Partners invested in Novetude Santé for £90m.

Charterhouse Capital Partners, one of the longest established private equity firms operating in Europe, has made an investment in Novetude Santé, a specialist provider of higher education to healthcare professionals in France for £90m. Charterhouse acquired its controlling stake from BIM, the France-based investment company headed by Robert Zolade, investing alongside the company’s management team, who are retaining their shareholding in the company.
