5G Networks completed the acquisition of Webcentral Group for $48.4m.

5G Networks, a provider of Internet broadband and cloud infrastructure services, completed the acquisition of Webcentral Group, a digital services provider, for $48.4m. The implied price set out in the 5GN proposal is 17.7 cents per WCG share. The proposed acquisition is expected to be transformational for 5GN’s earnings, with earnings per share of 5GN expected to more than double on a pre-synergies basis, and further increased on a post-synergies basis.
