Alten to acquire SDG Group.

Alten, a European engineering and technology consulting firm, to acquire SDG Group a global management consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. After the purchase SDG will remain as an independent unit of the group and the acquisition will not involve changes in either the size of the company or the planned investments. The data analytics consultancy was born in Verona, the capital of the Veneto, and has a staff of about 950 workers worldwide.
