Estate Spring International completed the acquisition of a 24.45% stake in Gemini Investments for $22m.

Estate Spring International, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Fortune Joy, completed the acquisition of a 24.45% stake in Gemini Investments, a Hong Kong-based investment holding company, for $22m. It is the intention of the Estate Spring International to have in-depth collaboration with the Gemini Investments and GR Realty to explore business opportunities in the US market in a more direct and efficient manner, and leverage on the resources and expertise that the Gemini Investments and GR Realty possess outside the PRC, including assets and fund management experience, industry resources and established network, with a view to drive business synergy and improve the operational efficiency of the Group and Sino-Ocean Capital as a whole.
