Montagu Private Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of ISI Emerging Markets Group, a provider of data analysis services, from CITIC Capital, an alternative investment management firm, and Caixin Global, a Chinese media group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “For more than 30 years, ISI has been a leading provider of macroeconomic, business and industry intelligence on global emerging markets.
