Atlantic Records to acquire Artist Partner Group.

Atlantic Records, an American record label, agreed to acquire Artist Partner Group,a music publishing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is an exciting new chapter for Artist Partner Group and the amazing roster of artists we have worked with over the last 8 years.
