Embracer Group to acquire IUGO Mobile Entertainment.

Embracer Group, a Swedish video game holding company based in Karlstad, agreed to acquire IUGO Mobile Entertainment, a Canadian mobile Free-to-Play game developer. Financial terms were not disclosed.
