Cortina Holdings to acquire Sincere Watch from Be Bright for $84.5m.

Cortina Holdings, a luxury watch retailer, agreed to acquire Sincere Watch, which runs multi-brand retail outlets under the Sincere brand in Singapore and Malaysia, and under the Pendulum brand in Thailand, from Be Bright, a Virgin Islands incorporated firm, for $84.5m. The proposed acquisition will provide Cortina with exclusive distributorship rights to the Franck Muller brand in 12 countries within Asia-Pacific.
