GUD to acquire ACAD business excluding FluidDrive from AMA Group for $70m.

GUD, which manufactures, imports, distributes and sale of automotive, agreed to acquire Automotive Components & Accessories Division excluding FluidDrive, a provider of remanufacturing automatic transmissions, from AMA Group, which acquires, develops, and operates business in the automotive aftercare market, for $70m. “The acquisition of these businesses is highly complementary to GUD's automotive business and provides strategic diversification across products and customer channels, along with increased exposure to fast growing pick-up truck and SUV vehicle segments.
