Andera Partners to invest in Artemys.

Private equity firm Andera Partners agreed to invest in Artemys, which specializes in the management and development of Information Systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. Artemys aims to position itself among the independent leaders in the management of Information Systems infrastructures in France within 4 to 5 years. The group's objective is to double its level of turnover, which currently stands at €45m.
