Digital Wholesale Solutions to acquire Giacom from Livingbridge.

Digital Wholesale Solutions, an independent communications, IT and cloud services provider, agreed to acquire Giacom, a cloud services provider, from Livingbridge, a mid-market private equity investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The more time we spent with the team from DWS, the more similarities we saw in our businesses and how we approach the Channel," Mike Wardell, Giacom CEO.
